MOVEMENT AT THE GARDEN - Thursday Mornings 10am. Embodiment Field- Principals of Chi-Kung, Dance, Embodied Consciousness + Finding your Flow.
We are more connected than we know. In this morning class, movement is a source of celebrating connections in and around the body while inviting the Muse to play, as we move, sense and dance.
In this morning practice we'll cultivate ease, fluidity, strength and pleasure in movement. We'll move to some music, but also with just the sound we hear in the garden or the rhythm of movement and breath, together. We'll bring attention to sensation in the body and sensing subtle energy around the body, so we can work with chi energy and understand how to use, store or connect with energy throughout the day. We'll also express good feeling with a bit of light hearted dance.
Class taught by dance artist and healer Leralee Whittle. $10 Donation / Farmer's Market Location, under the roof at Terlingua Community Garden (Wear shoes for uneven surface).

All Energies tip of the week: Solar Panels (a/k/a photovoltaic modules) are commonly available in three different varieties: Monocrystalline (mono), Polycrystalline (poly), or Thin Film (flexible). Monocrystalline panels are the most efficient, and tend to be the most expensive. Polycrystalline panels are a close second to mono in terms of efficiency, and they cost slightly less. Thin film modules have the lowest efficiency, cost the least per watt, have the best low light performance, and the shortest lifespan. The most commonly used solar panels are Polycrystalline and Monocrystalline. If you’ve got questions about solar or need help making your solar system work better, email casey@allenergies.net or call/text 432-242-1874 and call 371-2950 today.
