ATTENTION EVERYONE! ‑‑ We're thrilled to announce that Kristan Vanlerberghe has joined the Bad Rabbit Cafe team as our new Manager! Known affectionately as 'Chef Tan,' she's already diving into action, working to enhance our staff support and ensure an even better experience for all our customers. While the cafe will be closed this Wednesday and Thursday for some exciting changes, we can't wait to welcome you back with Chef Tan at the helm! Stay tuned for more updates and delicious surprises coming your way soon.
CRISIS CENTER OF THE BIG BEND ‑‑ Food Order has been placed. Shout out to all volunteers - truck should be in on May 23 around noon. Distribution will be on the 24th. Please note - new rules on distribution. Food boxes will only be available for pick up on the distribution day. We will no longer be able to distribute throughout the month. Emergency food will still be available however - for actual emergencies. For more information please call 432-371-3147.
BUILD IT AND RAIN WILL COME! :-) ‑‑ Water Catchment Tanks - Available sizes: 100 to 5000 gallon. Tanks are Tax Exempt and come with a 10-year warranty. We also sell larger, metal Pioneer tanks (up to 27,000 gallons) which come with a 20-year warranty. Valves, pumps and filters also available. Delivery and installation available. EARTH AND FIRE ART GALLERY ‑‑ It's May!! Jen Pena is a local photographer and her work captures beautiful images of the Big Bend Night Sky, Lightning and more. Come on down to the Ghost Town and check it out for yourself. Artist Reception will be Saturday, May 25th, 5-8pm.

MARKET ‑‑ Come see us at the Saturday Community Market from 10:00-1:00. Yes, we're gonna be here all summer, just like
we were last year. It was fun, so we're
looking forward to doing it all again this summer. Located at the Community Garden in the Ghost
Town, we're here every Saturday with happy vendors offering an array of locally
produced goods and other items.
Fresh eggs, gorgeous sourdough bread, local art, handcrafted
textile goods, goat milk soap, all natural lip balms and skin care products,
essential oil perfumes, leather goods, handcrafted, creative jewelry, block
printed textiles and vintage goods, both curated and up-cycled, practical and
artistic items made of reclaimed steel and more -- you never know just what or
who you'll find here. Indeed, lately,
chess players have been meeting up for a game or two or three or...
We welcome new vendors. Flea market items are also welcome. After all, reusing and up-cycling already
existing items is smart and green. We
ask a $10 donation to the Community Garden to set up, helping us to continue to
