Covid Booster shots in Terlingua ... The National Guard was unable to schedule for this coming Thursday, November 4. We were able to schedule for the next Wednesday, November 10, from 10 to 2, at the Big Bend Church to give boosters.

As this is a specific National Guard mission, ONLY the following are eligible to receive a booster from them:

-Age 18+ with underlying medical conditions

-Age 65+

-Public contact of 20+  persons a day

-It must be 6 months from your last immunization (for Pfizer or Moderna) or 2 months since J and J.

-You must have your immunization card, or photo of it, or a state ID that will allow the clinicians to access your records.

If you don’t fit these criteria, you may still get a booster in Alpine.

If you do fit criteria, and you wish to have your booster on the 11th, I need to know  your name, type of booster you need, and we’ll set a time for you to come so we don’t all arrive at the same time. You will need to allow time for paper work, as well as sitting for a bit after the shot.  You can email me at mollyd57@hotmail.com, or Facebook message me (Molly Dumas) or call 371-2073 and leave a VERY clear message.
