Vaccines and Testing in South County!

On Tuesday June 8, 2021 from 8:30am - 5:00pm the National Guard will be at the Panther Junction Visitor Center and Headquarters area of Big Bend National Park offering all three vaccines (while supplies last) to anyone interested. They will be located under a large tent just to the north side of the building. They will be offering the following:

Dose one of the two doses Pfizer Vaccine

Dose one of the two doses Moderna Vaccine

The one dose Johnson & Johnson Vaccine

COVID Binax rapid antigen testing

On Wednesday June 9, 2021 from 9:00am -4:30pm, the National Guard will be at both the Panther Junction location, AND the Terlingua Fire and EMS facility. They will be offering the following (while supplies last) at both locations:

Dose one of the two doses Pfizer Vaccine

Dose one of the two doses Moderna Vaccine

The one dose Johnson & Johnson Vaccine

For anyone getting the first portion of the two-dose vaccines, Captain Crowder has committed the team to returning to provide the second doses on July 10-11, 2021.

The vaccine clinic is in coordination with Brewster County, and Terlingua Fire and EMS.
