“During your life, everything you do and everyone you meet rubs off in some way. Some bit of everything you experience stays with everyone you've ever known, and nothing is lost. That's what is eternal, these little specks of experience in a great, enormous river that has no end.”  Harriet Doerr

Celebration of Life.  The High Sierra Bar & Grill & El Dorado Hotel family would like to invite everyone to a Celebration of Life honoring our friend Jeff "Dock" Reidy on Thursday, December 10th at the High Sierra Bar & Grill. The celebration will begin at High Noon with a Lone Star Beer toast to our beloved Dock. Bring your guitars and musical instruments and best "Dock" stories so we can enjoy the afternoon story telling and honoring Dock to his family that will be here to take in Dock’s legacy spoken from the friends that knew him the best. Dock spent most afternoons sitting with his best friend "Little Man" right outside the bar entertaining our guests and we will forever be grateful for Dock's friendship. RIP Dock you will be missed.

The Alpine Animal Shelter is open M-F from 10am to 6pm (closed 1-2pm) and by appointment on the weekends, located on the east side of Alpine on Old Marathon Road.
