Due to the need to keep South County residents updated on the ever-changing events during this time, we are adding a special edition of the Moon this week. Please, stay at home and stay safe. If you are required to go out, please practice social distancing and wash your hands! Let’s keep South County safe! We are all in this together. ~ the editor
FOOD COMMODITIES DISTRIBUTION
Food commodities will be distributed this Saturday, April 4, from 10-2 at the Terlingua Crisis Center. Please stay in your vehicle, and a volunteer will bring your box out to you.

Thanks to the Dodsons for food donations and to volunteers and Mike Drinkard who are hard at work putting together boxes of food for families in Terlingua, Big Bend National Park and Lajitas.
BIG BEND NATIONAL PARK TEMPORARILY CLOSED
The National Park Service announced today that effective April 3, Big Bend National Park and Rio Grande Wild & Scenic River will be temporarily closed to all visitors until further notice.

JUST A REMINDER –
Brewster County is under a “Stay at Home” order until April 7, 2020. Travel exceptions will include any essential travel for work/groceries/banks/post office/law enforcement/medical etc. For information on additional exceptions and limitations please visit the Brewster County website.
