FOR YOU MERCHANTS/AIRBNB FOLKS

Here are some tips on taking checks and avoiding getting burned by the hot ones. NO out of state checks, EVER. Write on the check the person’s TEXAS driver’s license number and their DATE OF BIRTH. Without BOTH of those pieces of info, it’s hard to go after them. When you get a bad check, come see me at the J.P. office and I’ll give you some additional paperwork and you might (no guarantee) get your money. Jim Burr

Terlingua Recycles
July 12
is the next full run to the park to empty the trailer. 8 AM at the trailer or meet us at PJ around 9 or so. Sure could use some help as we are full again.
And a reminder to please sort your recycles better. No used pizza boxes with either pizza or grease in it, no oil stained cardboard, no milk jugs with milk still in it or not rinsed and more of the same. Sure helps at sorting at PJ on this. Thanks, Robert
